No! If required, we can organise you an en-suite on site, which is a mobile bathroom that hooks up to your own water and sewer. Just step out your door. Simple.

The typical time for a complete standard bathroom renovation is between 10 – 15 working days. This excludes the shower screen. Yes. The water and power will only be turned off for no more than 20 minutes throughout the renovation process.

Can I use some of my own tradesmen?
No, our systems and processes work best with the tried and tested team members we have. Seeing as we offer a complete service from start to finish we prefer to use our own tradesmen so as to guanratee our workmanship and keep to schedule.

What is your policy on the clearance of asbestos?
All our tradespeople are licensed to deal with the discarding of asbestos where necessary according to State procedures to ensure your safety.

When will my renovation begin?
Taking into consideration the drawing of the detailed plans of your project, the signing of contracts and the delivery of the products to be on site our time is within 2 weeks from signing.

Do you have a showroom?
We believe that for the custom-built work we do, having a showroom is not conducive. All our designs are client-specific and they are usually not duplicated. If you would like to see our work, our past clients have invited us to showcase work we have done for them to potential clients. We do welcome you to our Design Studio in Fortitude Vally to discuss all the plans and go through every last detail.

Do you clean up after the job is done?
We utilise professional cleaners at the end of each job to do a thorough clean up once your renovation is complete. This is included in the quote we give you. We also clean up each day at the end of the days work.

Are there any hidden charges I should be aware of?
